Acceptable Use
Candle X Ray Trading LLC is a software development company that creates indicators based on market data and mathematical calculations and are meant to be used for the Futures Market. These indicators have been incorporated in a Range Bar Chart and are referred hereinafter as a Reference Framework. They are designed for educational purposes only and are based on current market conditions and are not meant to be used to predict the future, and therefore, we do not recommend them to be used for any trading strategy.
Candle X Ray Trading LLC is not responsable for any losses incurred by using any Reference Frameworks provided herein, since past performance is not indicative of future results. As a user of this Site, you agree to use it in a legal manner and agree to not violate the intellectual property of the Site. If we believe that you are using this Site in violation of these terms and conditions or in violation of applicable law, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to this Site.
Sale Of Goods
The indicators provided in this Site are derived from generic information available to the public, and are available in the TradingView platform. All information provided in this Site such as description, videos, and images are as accurate as posible, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all the information or indicators available in this Site, and hence are not legally bound as to its accuracy. All Reference Frameworks purchased in this Site are for your personal use and to be used at your own risk. All indicators are not to be used for commercial purposes are not meant to be resold or distributed in any way by you. Some indicators supplied within any Reference Framework may be left out and replaced by your own indicators instead.
Purchase And Subscriptions Of The Reference Frameworks
We offer monthly, quarterly and yearly subscription options. All the access is configured automatically upon payment and access is renewed upon receiving the renewal payments. There are substantial discounts in the quarterly and yearly subscriptions, and additionally we may offer discount coupons from time to time.
We reserve the right to cancel, reject or modify your order whenever it becomes necessary, and if your payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid by you. You agree that it is your responsIbility to monitor the refund in your account.
Market Volatility
During very high volatility times in the market the Reference Framework may reflect a delay from the TradingView platform due to this excess volatility, specifically when using the NASDAQ 100 chart. This is beyond our control.
Subscription Management And Cancellation
All purchases lead to a subscription and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled by customers any time under the My Account tab.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for any purchased items. Users are encouraged to go through all the educational videos to understand the suitability for your style of trading before making any purchases.
Payments
We use Stripe payment gateway and billing system for access management which allows payments via credit and debit cards. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Candle X Ray Trading LLC, our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable under any applicable law or is held invalid, such holding shall not affect any other provision hereof, and the defective provision shall, if applicable law permits, be modified and interpreted in a manner that it is enforceable.
Force Majeure.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to fulfill any provision of this Agreement if such a delay or failure results directly or indirectly from any act of God, war, riot, insurrection, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, explosions, accidents, blackouts, internet failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Amendments
The Company may modify or amend the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting such changes on the Site. No such amendment shall be effective until at least thirty (30) days after the posting.

Notices
Any notices or other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be sufficiently given in writing and delivered by recognized delivery service, postage pre-paid, or delivered via email addressed as follows:
